How do I place an order?

Orders may be submitted for quotes through our website or by calling 702-364-2433. Office hours for phone orders are 9am to 3pm everyday. Please do not leave order or quote requests on voicemail.

All our items are handmade. Please order a minimum of 72 hours before product is scheduled for pick-up or delivery.

Cancellation or changes to orders must be made 72 hours before scheduled pick-up or delivery.

Food items may not be returned once pick-up or delivery has been completed.

How much lead time should I plan?

Please allow three (3) days in advance of your event.

Are there minimum order amounts?

The minimum order is 100 pieces. You may select up to four (4) different items totaling 100 pieces.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver! Delivery fees will be included in your personalized quote and based on location and order size.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard. A convenience fee of 3% will be applied.

How long will food products last?

All our products are made fresh per order and intended to be consumed same day to maintain the highest safety and quality.

What is a USDA Grant of Inspection?

The USDA Grant of Inspection is a permit issued by US Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service to allow food processing facilities to produce meat & poultry products under the supervision of USDA Inspectors to guarantee consumer's food safety.

Is there allergen information available?

All USDA inspected products include allergen statements on the label. Additional allergy information is included within our product descriptions and available upon request. We can customize products to accommodate allergen restrictions as well.

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?

Yes. Our product list is categorized for easy searching of vegetarian and vegan options. We can also customize products for vegetarian and vegan diets.
